Dinner Prep


Quick, easy and simple dinner tonight! This took me less than 10 minutes to make and the BONUS is that I made enough for another three meals. The SECRET everything (expect the turkey burger) was either microwaved or taken out of a container! 😲Sometimes thats just what it has to be and thats OK! Things can crazy and you literally just have to do what works. You can still eat well without being a gourmet chef. I certainly am not one but I do try to make the best choices with what I have.

Turkey burger which I seasoned with salt and pepper, frozen broccoli and cauliflower rice which I microwaved and guacamole 🥑that was pre-made. Literally scooped it out of the container. And YES nutritionist do eat like this sometimes! Do not fret the frozen stuff! And do not feel badly if that is what you have to do on some nights. Make the best choices possible and keep it moving. 💪🏻
