My go to nutrition for the long runs during marathon training, night before, morning of and during. Training your nutrition is just as important as getting all your miles in. It’s the difference between a successful race or bonking. And yes that’s two slices of pizza! Anyone that knows me knows it’s my favorite food. I’m big on balance and moderation. I also justify it because I know I’m running a lot the next day. Everyone is different and what works for me may not work for you.
