How it works

Step 1: Phone Consult

Set a free phone consultation where we will discuss your current nutrition and fitness habits, barriers you have faced and your ultimate goal and how I can help you reach this goal. Based on this consult will we determine which of my programs is the best fit for you.

Step 2: Initial Session

During this 60-75 minute session I will conduct a full assessment where I will really get to know and connect with you. We will take a deeper dive into your current health habits, your long term goals, what has stood in the way from achieving this goal in the past, your relationship with food and exercise and body image. From this assessment we will build out the plan to help you reach your goals.

Step 3: Continual Support

You do not have to do this alone! Long term sustainable change takes work and it is huge to have support and accountability to make that happen. We will have weekly or biweekly sessions to assess where I will provide support and guidance as you work on making sustainable lifestyle changes with food and fitness.

Meet Jill

I understand the struggle of balancing food and fitness,  feeling consumed by getting to this intangible goal that you are always chasing with little success. What follows is the constant obsessing, frustration and exhaustion. You stop enjoying life and are sucked into the hole of constantly overthinking everything food and fitness related.  I understand this struggle because I have been there myself.
